Go Baby Go!

I just got my Accuquilt Go! Baby last night, and had to spend an hour cutting plaid geese.  Think I'll call this one, "Flying Plaids."

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of visiting the lovely Marit (right) of Norway.  She's nearby  visiting her in-laws, (MIL, Linda, on the left.)  I've been a great admirer of Marit's work for a long time.  We could have talked quilts for days!

Linda gave us a wonderful show of her mother's quilts.  Aren't they fabulous?!  Think I'll have to make that red one.

Then Malti made herself a spot under the table as I was basting a quilt.  It's almost finished.  If I can keep myself from playing with my new Baby, I'll show it soon!

Love your geese... Always thought these cutters were a waste of $$$ until I got one. Now I use mine as much as humanly possible! Can't wait to see all the gorgeous quilts you make with yours!

I also love Marit and have been following her too. How cool that you got to meet! So glad that you finally got the GO! After the way you cut all those triangles at Victoria's you really needed one.

Wonderful plaid geese. When I cleaned out my studio, I misplaced my plaid stash. I seriously need to find it again.

Love your plaids! What fun geese they make. It looks like the Go cutter makes short work of them.

How cool that you got to meet Marit. She's a great quilter - I really admire her work.

And, that red quilt sure looks like one you'd like!
