Wowsers! Can I just say that I LOVE what you do with fabric and colors! The log cabin blocks make the quilt come alive and sing.:)

Your colors are softer than usual, they suit you well too! Great mix of pieced and appliqué blocks. Once more you have original and successful ideas!

the quilt just is so happy! love those flowers. I really like the flowers are different and the split color leaves on a few. great quilt , keep going and keep sharing

I love, love, love your flowers, plaids, and stripes. I just posted some applique flowers on my blog, trying to decide how to make them into a quick quilt. Looking at your flowers, I think I'll make more flower blocks (I only have 6) and do a larger quilt. Thanks for sharing these beauties!

Oh my, I guess great minds run together!! I have had this photo, which is a hooked wool rug in my 2009 Country Living magazine, saved every since it came out thinking what a great quilt it would make and thinking I would try my hand at it!! Looks like you beat me to the punch! You're re-creation is great!!
