You're in a quilting frenzy! It's a great idea to have one in the machine and one in the hoop. I love how you are quilting your eyelash quilt with the flower design on the red.
Glad to see your two works in progress. I have been on the fence about how to quilt one quilt with curves. Wanted to machine quilt QUICK, but couldn't figure out how to do it. Was afraid it would take away. Now I think I will get it ready to "big-stitch" it and get on with the next one, which will be a definite machine project. And THAT is why we need our quilting buddies, to bounce things off of. Thanks!
ok, totally awesome, both quilts. How do you like your Bernina, what model is it? Love your hand quilting, too. what batting are you using? So many questions...... love your work!!!!
Absolutely love both of these! I think they look really good together, too... Your plan of one block a night seems to be a very good strategy - need to practice that myself! ; )
I'm sure you will finish in time for the quilt show. Somehow the goal always gets us over the finish line. The use of red in both quilts gives a nice balance to the other quirky and vintage fabrics. Very courageous.
