Vintage Fabric Swap, Anyone?

Are you a vintage fabric collector?  Want to swap a few? 

February is my birthday month, and I think this will be a fun way to celebrate!


I want to copy this old quilt.


Each block uses a different print.


I wonder if the maker traded fabrics with her friends.


I'd love to include fabrics from my friends too!


I've been collecting vintage fabrics for years.



I've got some in every color.



I'd love to trade some small pieces with you!



All I need is one 9 x 12" piece--or two pieces 4.5 x 12"for each block.  I'm looking for medium to large prints, floral or funky.



If you want to swap one or a few, leave a comment and we'll trade addresses.  Let me know what colors and prints you want.  And I'll do my best to make your wishes come true!





















This block is made with my Accuquilt Go! Baby, with big thanks to Victoria for the "Chisel" die.  It fits perfectly with the 3" triangle.

    Of course, I have vintage. I have a great group of 50's fabrics. They are quite "moderne". Let me know how you want to do this.

    I have two sizeable pieces of vintage fabric - I'd love to send them to you (they were backs from small quilts that were in my grandmother's house).

    I have feedsack as well as vintage cotton. Send me your snail mail address and I will see what I can dig up for you. I don't need anything back - just consider it a birthday present. I will just enjoy the fabric when I see it in the quilt!

    I'm not sure if I have any fabrics that would suit. I might have one or two.. Ill hunt them out later today and take a photo to show you. I really love the pattern of this quilt and all those fabrics are wonderful!!

    Oh my goodness I wish I had been collecting vintage fabrics, I've had every chance to and never have.
    This quilt is adorable, I especially like the border treatment with the little "pie sections" and the scalloped edging.

    I have some vintage fabrics I would love to swap for anything you have leftover I got a bag from e-bay years ago and haven't touched them yet I believe they are from feed sacks not reproductions, send me your address and happy birthday to you.
