This week I took apart the spider webs from last post and refigured them. Thanks to
Wanda's idea, there's an easier way! Two sets of strips make two webs, and I get the propellor centers like on the original inspiration quilt. I'm excited to keep going on this!
Here are the old web triangles--almost enough for a baby quilt!
Wow, that looks brilliant!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving both of those projects!! Go Nifty!!
ReplyDeleteIt looks fabulous! Isn't it great that there are so many different ways to make one block?
ReplyDeleteBoth are wonderful very lively!!!
ReplyDeletethey look amazing this way too! The graphic quality of it makes it sing! I love your made fabric bits in between, the diamonds for a baby quilt... spectacular.
ReplyDeleteLeeAnn,
ReplyDeleteBoth of those quilts look absolutely beautiful!
Both of these are stunning!
ReplyDeleteIt's looking great! I didn't get the pinwheels in mine but the next one will have them.
ReplyDeleteA riot of color... makes you just want to keep on going, doesn't it? Just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt took me a minute to see the difference, but once I did, I could see why you made the change. I liked the first go around, but this one is even more dynamic. The baby quilt ids also great fun.
ReplyDeleteYummy.....how will you be able to stop?
ReplyDeleteHappy Sewing
