Quick Baby Quilt

A neighbor family had a new baby recently.
It was a great opportunity to use a bag of gifted 2.5" squares,

And this yard of sweet floral fabric.
The quilting is in the ditch.

It will be a fun "I spy" quilt for the baby's 4-year-old sister.

I've also been slowly working away at the Flowering Snowball.
The goal is 100 blocks for a 90 x 90" quilt.
Thirty-six done!

I know she will love the quilt. Are your blocks for the FS 9"? Did you buy templates? Is that size hard to make. I'm going to start mine soon, I just love yours!!

The bigger the snowball top the more interesting and fun it is going to be don't you think? Your baby and big sister quilt is lovely. They will certainly like it.
