Well, the top is, anyway. I'm taking a moment to celebrate the occasion before it goes in the "tops to quilt" pile.
This is one of those quilts that "takes a village." Many thanks to Ann Champion for the inspiration with her vintage rescue quilt. Kaffe Fassett, for the pattern from his book, Quilt Romance.
Wonderful fabrics from Victoria, Buffy and Bonnie.
Curved piecing instructions and encouragement from many of you!
I think it will look great on my bed.
This blank design wall is the best reward. Onto new projects!

That is one amazing quilt you have created Nifty- I love the dots -so funky looking and the over all pattern is stunning.
I had the good fortune to see Kaffe Fassett at a evening seminar last fall and asked him if there ever could be too much color and his answer was one word NO.
I love all the multiple designs of your fabric. Thanks for sharing.
Regards from a Western Canadian Quilter,

Okay this picture is fantastic but honestly it is even more beautiful and brighter in real life.....It has inspired me to make one too. I've got Kaffe's book and ordered a bunch of black fabric from Jackie at Canton village quilt works.....I may do it in black and Kaffe fabrics.
thanks Nifty for the great inspiration.
Happy Sewing
